  1. What is NAPRConnect and how does it work?
  2. NAPRConnect is an innovative program and industry first, which provides an environment for in-house and firm recruiters to work collaboratively to fill searches. 
    Firm recruiters post jobs for which they are looking for candidates. They also post candidates for which they need jobs. 
    In-house recruiters post jobs and can peruse candidate profiles posted by firms.

  3. Who can participate in NAPRConnect?
  4. NAPRConnect is exclusive to NAPR members, and is a FREE member benefit.

  5. What is the advantage for In-House Recruiters to be a part of NAPRConnect?
  6. In-House recruiters have the advantage of utilizing a trusted network of NAPR members, minimalizing calls from outside firms (simply tell recruiters to view your jobs at NAPRConnect). Each candidate is thoroughly profiled and you may contact the firm representing the candidate if you wish to purse the candidate.

  7. What is the advantage for Firm Recruiters to join NAPRConnect?
  8. Firm recruiters may have access to opportunities usually not posted by clients. It will allow firms to build new relationships.

  9. Can the jobs and/or candidates posted be viewed by the general public?
  10. No, NAPRConnect is a exclusively for NAPR members. When you post jobs and/or candidates your information may only be viewed by other NAPRConnect participants.

  11. How many candidates and jobs can be posted?
  12. Participants may post an unlimited number of jobs and candidates.

  13. Will other NAPRConnect participants be able to see the names of my candidates and clients?
  14. No, recruiting firms are not required to post candidate or client names; however, the profile you fill out for either jobs or candidates will allow other NAPRConnect participants to approach you with potential matches, so the more information you provide, the better.

  15. Would a Firm Recruiter need to sign another agreement/contract with a client to submit a candidate?
  16. Yes, you would need to sign a contract with the client. The basic fee structure should already be outlined on NAPRConnect.

  17. What is the process if there is a complaint or a problem with another participant?
  18. Each complaint will be streamlined through the Ethics committee and handled appropriately. If you encounter a problem or have a complaint, please call NAPR Headquarters at 800-726-5613.
